Location location location. Really nice area, close to the cathedral, tons of restaurants, cafes and shopping. Well connected to local transportation. The hotel was safe and clean. Staff and service were great. The room was spacey, clean, and included the basic amenities. Excellent WiFi coverage.

A real sweetheart of a property with a fantastic location close to Cathedral and Marina. It is a small unit (smaller than appears in photos) best suited to short stays, but it's very well-outfitted and squeaky clean. We stayed new years eve when the city is exceptionally noisy but being on the back of the building and with the thick walls, the room was delightfully quiet. Highly recommend.

This was an incredible stay! The flat is situated in the center of Funchal, very close to everything: supermarkets, parking lots, restaurants, shopping. We were on the 4th floor facing the internal patio, no noises, no issues, no problems. The flat is very new and had everything we needed for cooking our own breakfasts. It is great value for money and Madeira is an incredible location to visit.

Location is great, appartement is beautiful and comfortable. Keep in mind that it is in the city center and it is a historic building, so it can be noisy at night when you try to sleep. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Everything is super comfortable, kitchen is properly facilitated for a week' stay. You can cook if you like. Oven, microwave, pots, pans, all is there. When I got there there was some salt, pepper, oil, coffee and tea from previous guest. Super handy and good that this is not thrown away after each stay, as some places do. The only thing I would change is the coffee machine. It is a filter coffee which I am personally not a big fan of. In a place so well equipped a nespresso machine would be more in line of my expectations. But this is very personal. And there are good coffee places in 1 min walk from the appartement.

Everything. The owner was very helpful. The place was comfortable and clean. The location is in the center of Funchal where all important sites are a short walk away. Much recommended.
