Highly recommend this hotel, rooms were a good sized, we opt for the premium room. Interior was new and nicely decorated. For families, you'd love that they have a kids club- which was well maintained and HUGE. Service was lovely, they allowed a late check out and very kindly helped us with a car transfer to the hotel. Only did 1 night in this hotel, but would love to return!

This is a gem! He has created a little garden oasis on the river. We loved having an honor bar to help ourselves. The wood-fired pizza was delicious! It was just such a peaceful place to hang out on the patio with bonus adorable dogs to pet :).

We stayed 26 nights. It was a clean condo with all the things we needed. The location was great and it’s easy to get a grab ride at the front, receive grab food and even packages from Lazada. We enjoyed the view of the mountains, city and the Shangri-La hotel next door. The roof pool was nice. Check in and out was easy. The bed was comfortable.

Great stay, only stayed one night and moved to a hotel closer to the walled square but wished we had stayed here the whole time. Wasn’t that much further and the staff was wonderful. Great pool too

The room was a home away from home! Spacious, clean, quiet and had every comfort. The bed is so comfortable. Best sleeps we’ve had anywhere on our trip yet. The staff have been helpful and attentive in every regard, while still giving us privacy to feel at home. The neighbourhood has lots of laundry and 7/11 around the corner. Just 5 minutes from the old Chiang Mai square by grab or bolt. I will come back to this place again. Thank you to our hosts🙏

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. They went the extra mile and front desk staff available 24 hours. They even cleaned our shoes when we get back from a muddy hike. Free airport pick up when we arrived.
Heaps of cafes and restaurants near by. Easy to grab a tuk tuk or red truck from our hotel location.
Breakfast was simple but delicious! A western and Thai option. They sent someone to get me some soy milk on the first morning which was nice. Best sticky rice with mango we've had in thailand.
