Great Location, check in was easy, pool was great, gym and sauna were awesome. Stayed for the better part of a month and fell in love with the neighborhood. Am probably gonna buy a condo in this complex now.

For 875 bhat, after a crappy overnight of tests at nearby Bangkok Hospital, this was a great, comforting place to land. It’s very big! Has very decent lighting. Is right below a café next to a 7-Eleven, but up on the third floor the sound was quite quiet. Alternatively, during the daytime, it’s a great way to peep into local city/town life. AC works excellent. There’s an entire kitchen with fridge, stove, and sink. Was super easy to book, and to get key via security box. I only stayed here night, but it could definitely work as an extended-stay apartment.

Surrounded by tropical greenery, Khum Phaya Resort & Spa features charming Thai-style rooms bordering a large lagoon pool. In-room comforts include a 32-inch flat-screen TV, free WiFi and jet bath.

Super spacious, probably the most spacious 1 bedroom place after being in Asia for 6 months haha. Comfy bed, great lighting for brightness during the day, easy to find, and the neighbours downstairs are super helpful as well for all needs through the manager : ) also the cats that live around the apartment are nice as well : )
