Superior room size was more than adequate with all our luggages (we initially got the economy room while waiting for our room to be ready, and this was small with no windows).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations, especially the breathtaking views from my room – absolutely stunning! Friendly staff and exceptional facilities. Breakfast was fantastic, great way how to start the day. We stayed for a week and the breakfast always had some new items every morning to try. Room was very clean and cleaned daily with complimentary waters which were handy when going to explore the city.

The staff was so warm and welcoming. They held our luggage after checkout, gave us tips on taking the tram and walking to the port to take our cruise which is very close. We were so close to the galata tower so pretty at night. Umbrella street also so close and has a lot of restaurants. The brekfast was to die for prepared by a master chef. My taste buds did not know what to do. Do not miss the breakfast with a nice view.
