The room and bathroom were clean. Towels and bed covers were changed on a daily basis.
The breakfast was rich and to my expectation.
All staff members were very friendly and helpful. They showed generous hospitality too. They went out of their way to help and give guidance.
The hotel is situated very close to Aksaray tram station (one minute walk) and close to Aksaray metro station (5 minute walk).
I recommend the shuttle service they offer as the prices are very reasonable, the drivers are polite and professional, and the cars are new and well maintained.

Stuff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was exceptionally clean. I was staying in two bedroom room with my mom. Room had enough space, nice overview of the street and a really nice bathroom. Hairdryer was really great. Beds were comfortabe. Breakfast was exceptionally good. The location is great, you're 3 min walk from Sultanhmet tram station and a few min from Sirkeçi metro station. Also, 8 min walk from Grand Bazaar. 10/10. I'd come back.

The location is fantastic as it's close to the centre but just far enough to be quiet and restful. The breakfast was amazing, so much selection and the staff were so obliging and friendly, they even opened early for us as we had to leave at 7.30am to catch our flight. The roof top bar is wonderful and we enjoyed sitting there with sundowners in the afternoon with the amazing views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Although small, the room was adequate for one night and the little dressing room was a bonus to be able to open our suitcases. The receptionists were extremely helpful, telling us where to go and advising us of the city highlights. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to beautiful Istanbul!

The hotel is lovely, each room decorated in traditional Turkish designs, in a wonderful location close to many of the main sights. The breakfast is fantastic and we enjoyed eating in the garden. The hotel staff is friendly, kind, and very helpful with recommendations.
