The view is amazing from my room. They also have an onsen, many swimming facilities, and a daily entertainment show and activities for everyone in the family. The mini bar is also free.

very good location and the view

The parking area is conveniently located just across the road. The room is very spacious and has everything we need. What we enjoyed most is that there is a walkway from the hotel connecting directly to the walking path around the lake. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. We wish we could have stayed longer. This excellent hotel, along with the long well-organized lakeside walking path, makes us want to return again in the future.

The view is so amazing you should not hesitate to book this place and the staff are also friendly.they even offer us free ride going to hotel.. I was really glad I found it.even though it was a last minute booking..really saves the day ..thank you guys! And job well done

The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. I wish I had more time to use the wonderful spa and thermal pools.

perfect location, walking distance to the center of everything but very quiet in the night close to the nature. Good price value.

Great take front view and very comfortable beds. We were surprised that the hotel shares pool and restaurant facilities with the hotel next door. Although the pool was indoors, it was not heated, so the perfect way to cool down after a long hot day exploring the lake. The pool also included a spa/sauna area which was extremely relaxing. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, beautiful view from balcony. Large, comfortable and clean. I was worried about no reception staff but self check in was very easy. Parking outside. Enormous bathtub!

Apart from the beautiful view and well thought out room ~ the staff were super lovely!!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The breakfast is a healthy Japanese style which suits us. The apple juice provided is fresh, sweet, and original. The lady in the reception is friendly, and informative. The place is just 5 min walk from the ferry jetty at Itashao. The bathroom n the toiletries are of superb quality. The room for 4 of us is big enough.

Staff are accommodating with pleasant attitude. I forgot some personal stuff and they gave me a call on how to retrieve my items. Breakfast is a mix of Chinese and Western meals. Location is walking distance to the wharf/pier. Room is spacious.

Very convenient, beautiful, quiet and clean accommodation near Formozan Park Cable Car. Very good beds and delicious breakfast.
