very good location and the view

The bedroom was clean & functional. The view of the lake was wonderful. The breakfast buffet had several selections. The staff was friendly. It’s walking distance from restaurants, shops, the trails.

The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. I wish I had more time to use the wonderful spa and thermal pools.

The parking area is conveniently located just across the road. The room is very spacious and has everything we need. What we enjoyed most is that there is a walkway from the hotel connecting directly to the walking path around the lake. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. We wish we could have stayed longer. This excellent hotel, along with the long well-organized lakeside walking path, makes us want to return again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it

Great take front view and very comfortable beds. We were surprised that the hotel shares pool and restaurant facilities with the hotel next door. Although the pool was indoors, it was not heated, so the perfect way to cool down after a long hot day exploring the lake. The pool also included a spa/sauna area which was extremely relaxing. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It was right next to the 7-11 in Sun Moon Lake. The host was available each night and happy to provide recommendations and help. The room was nice and perfect for our family of five. The rooms were quiet and clean.

The property is good location, near to the tourist spot and bus station.💜

Small hotel, will location, good prices

absolutely great location and lake view. Room is enough spacious, good bed and bath. We even checkout late 45mins without anh problem. The staff is willing to give us more water bottle when we ask.

Convenient location and breathtaking view.

I liked the location, the staff were friendly and helpful! The room met the price point, there was aircon but some days I didn't need it and was happy to have the window open with the flyscreen. The bathroom hot water was nice, bed was comfy. It being just right next to the bus station and several 7-11s, a laundromat, restaurants was a big help.

The breakfast is a healthy Japanese style which suits us. The apple juice provided is fresh, sweet, and original. The lady in the reception is friendly, and informative. The place is just 5 min walk from the ferry jetty at Itashao. The bathroom n the toiletries are of superb quality. The room for 4 of us is big enough.

The view is amazing from my room. They also have an onsen, many swimming facilities, and a daily entertainment show and activities for everyone in the family. The mini bar is also free.

The view is so amazing you should not hesitate to book this place and the staff are also friendly.they even offer us free ride going to hotel.. I was really glad I found it.even though it was a last minute booking..really saves the day ..thank you guys! And job well done

Staff are accommodating with pleasant attitude. I forgot some personal stuff and they gave me a call on how to retrieve my items. Breakfast is a mix of Chinese and Western meals. Location is walking distance to the wharf/pier. Room is spacious.

We had a pleasant stay overall, with a few things worth noting for future travelers. The hotel’s location is great if you have a car, especially during rainy days, as it makes getting around much more convenient. On sunny or dry days, it’s still manageable without a car since there’s a bus stop at the foot of the hill leading down to the Sun Moon Lake area. Unfortunately, it rained heavily throughout our stay, which made getting in and out a bit inconvenient at times. That said, the experience was truly saved by the incredible staff. A special thank you to Nelly and Tom, who went above and beyond by personally driving us into the downtown Sun Moon Lake area so we could get food and even catch the boat tour. Their kindness and effort made a huge difference and turned our stay around. The hotel itself has a very relaxing and peaceful ambiance—perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was okay, not particularly memorable, but decent enough to start the day. Overall, despite the weather challenges, the exceptional service and calming atmosphere made our stay worthwhile.
