This is the best room among all in this building, newly furnished, everything is new, there is no rotten smell at all. and the price is fair . The host has been very generous, she provided me with everything: shower gel, shampoo, tooth paste, a whole package of water is surprise. all the facilities are in good condition. the bed and mattress is new, very comfortable. if this one is not available, do not book others in this building , others have nothing to offer you but higher prices.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great my stay was at Aura Suites. I booked this hotel at the last minute because my previous hotel made me feel uncomfortable. I was able to book the morning of, at a great prices for the 1-bedroom suite I stayed in. The location was great given that I wanted to be closer to the ferry terminal due to my intentions to visit Zanzibar during my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant on the 16th floor had great food options, and the laundry service was clutch.

An oasis in Dar. We had to find a place to stay near the clinic where our father was being treated for pneumonia. We we so fortunate to stumble on this gem of a hotel. Subi, Maggie, Steve and everybody there helped us through a difficult time. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spotless, the decor is stunning and the food is just fantastic! Steve cooked us a breakfast each day to take to our father which was so kind. This is a really special place from which to explore Dar.
