I had a wonderful stay in these apartments in Chicago. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The service was outstanding – extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, it’s truly an amazing place to stay in Chicago, and I would highly recommend it.

The staff was so friendly. Everyone, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were so polite and it absolutely stood out. They would say, “hello” and ask how we are but it felt genuine, no patronizing. Made the experience very comfortable and this hotel really appealing. I had a wonderful stay at The Drake. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city—making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The building itself has a historic charm, yet everything is meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and felt very inviting.
I went to see The Phantom of the Opera, and getting to and from the theater via Lyft was very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel café was delightful and felt very homey. I especially appreciated that they offered coffee to go—it was such a thoughtful touch.
I would highly recommend The Drake to anyone visiting Chicago!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our family loved the little details like the smell of the lobby, the family movies and popcorn in the pool room on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the hotel was perfectly located. We were able to walk to Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Chicago 360, Chicago Theatre, London House, Riverwalk, etc.
