Everything was great my room was very big and comfortable The price was very good I recommend you to stay there 50m from the city center

Location is perfect. lively lobby, essentials available in the market, walking distance to everything. Parking across the road is cheaper than valet and it's in an open lot. Overall, this is our go to!

The staff was so friendly. Everyone, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were so polite and it absolutely stood out. They would say, “hello” and ask how we are but it felt genuine, no patronizing. Made the experience very comfortable and this hotel really appealing. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities in the hotel were nice.

Rooms were comfortable. Cozy feel to them. Bed was amazing! Slept like royalty! We enjoyed having breakfast. Customer service was great. Staff were friendly.

Location is perfect, exceptional service from check in staff, convenient and reasonable priced parking space nearby, and extra hour of late check out to accommodate longer shopping time

Great Hotel. Large room, good bar, kind staff. The location is perfect!!! The bed is very confortable. It will be i=one of my prefered hotels in Chicago, specially in the winter.

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff, a great location, and delicious breakfasts. The room is very comfortable. Separate bedroom, beautiful city view and feels just like home. Room has everything you need.
