It is a safe neighborhood, considering that it is San Francisco. The stairs that lead to the rooms can be accessed only with key cards, so it feels safe. We asked for a microwave, and they gave us one. There is a safe, coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room. Parking is free and there was always enough space to park. They have a nice deck to sit on and fabulous coffee house (Peet's) across the street. The same coffee capsules are also provided in the room. The beds are comfortable and the toiletries nice.

This hotel is a gem! Beautifully designed and in a great location. Walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Especially with my request. Extremely clean and modern with very super comfortable beds. They serve free wine and gin from 5-6pm. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The first room we were put in was right next tithe reception, and all night long there was lots lights from vehicles and noises, but then was asked then we asked to have our room change and they put us in the second from the last house down and was great!!!
