Hotels in Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi

The wonderful staff made this hotel our favourite stay during our 2 weeks in Vietnam. The manager, receptionists, the girl serving breakfast, and the cleaning staff were all so friendly and genuine. We enjoyed the brand new gym and the location outside the chaos of the old quarter. Breakfast had a good mix of Asian and western food, they also took time to understand my dietary requirements and catered for it. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great but it didn't bother us, we were in Hanoi afterall

From the first evening, the environment felt balanced and steady. The room provided reliable comfort each day. Cleaning routines followed a clear pattern. Staff handled tasks without drawing attention. Sounds from outside never interfered. Rest came easily without adjustment. The space remained orderly. Days ended peacefully. Mornings felt unhurried. Nothing felt out of place. Expectations were met consistently. The experience felt complete.

Just 2kms from the center of Hanoi in a quiet neighborhood Sunrise hotel was a great choice. I’ve stayed for over 2 weeks, in a big room with king size bed and a view to the river. The room was great with a fridge, mini bar, water boiler and more. The stuff were very polite and helpful.

Incredible value for money! I expected to pay so much more for such a luxury stay. It was in a quieter side of town, away from Old Quarter. The hotel is surrounded by nice, little coffee shops and lots of food options within walking distance.

An absolutely lovely stay! Tony is a very helpful manager. He helped me with literally everything. I wanted to do a 3 day Halong and Ninh Binh tour and did not want carry my luggage around with me so he offered to keep it in the hotel without charging me for it. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need! A small kitchen and a fridge. They can clean the rooms and change the bedsheets whenever you request them. All in all, a very lovely stay!

The location is so close to everything. It is very easy for taxi drivers to find the hotel. The facilities were new, and the restroom is clean!

The apartment is extremely nice and comfortable, and the kitchen area has everything air fryer, microwave, oven, rice cooker, fridge freezer, cooking equipment, cutlery. kettle, bedroom area comfortable bed wide-screen tv. sofa Perfect for a long stay, it's my third time staying at this hotel.

For me this hotel is look like a mini apartment come with two room .every level have their own kitchen and living room
