We very warmly and cordially welcomed by Mandy who showed us around the property and gave us restaurant recommendations. The B&B itself is a true gem. Settled on the hill with outstanding views that you can enjoy while having a good hearty breakfast. Or, like us, book room number 9, a bedroom with Terrasse where you can lie in bed and overlook the town due to a balcony door. You can reach grocery stores and restaurants by foot; safe during the day. At night we took an uber back from the waterfront for 50 Rand. WiFi was great.

At the moment you drive up the hill and the lagoon is within view, you'll know that this accommodation was going to be special even before entering the premise. Then as soon as you stand on the front porch of the room, the full panoramic view of the lagoon just completely awed us. The room is also quite spacious with all the amenities you need, couldn't ask for anything better. Ms Chanita is also a delightful person to communicate with, always responded to our messages promptly and with much kindness. Will definetely be back if we come around Knysna again.
