The team extended a most welcoming reception, and I am truly grateful for their warm hospitality. It was a distinct privilege to have access to such amazing gourmet dining conveniently located just downstairs from our rooms. The hotel's location itself is a few minutes away from Interlaken Ost train station, which was exactly what I was looking for, away from the crowds. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Juliet was an awesome host! We have stayed here multiples times. Each time has been fabulous. The place is always clean and ready. It has an awesome view! There is much to do within walking distance or a short car ride.

Beautiful location, nice balcony view, quiet area. Available bikes made getting in and out to the boat house very convenient.

The amazing service, location, and surreal environment. The host / care taker of the property is very generous and supportive. He was able to provide me a few hours of extension to stay in the property as I was not able to get a vacant locker in the railway station. Also the missing items in the room were provided to us at a very short notice. Overall 10/10!

This hotel is very clean and is in center of city, check in and check out is online and is very easy to get in, i come back again to your hotel soon, thank you 👏 🖐️

1. Easy to reach host, very helpful and welcomed us with clear instructions, and a nice welcome kit (chocolates, drinks); cleaning crew was accommodating and helpful. 2. Central location- a quick 15- min walk to Interlaken Ost station. It's in a quiet neighborhood with a popular restaurant 2 houses away. We also felt safe in the neighborhood considering that we go on early morning walks everyday. 3. Clean house, with well stocked kitchen. We cooked a few dinners and breakfasts. 4. Great value for our stay. We didn't want to stay at a hotel so we wanted to stay in a traditional Swiss chalet. For 5 of us, we got 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and fans were available if needed. We were able to save some $ by going to Coop grocery and cooking some meals. Washing machine was also available but we didn't get to use it.

First time stay. I was in a private single room, so cannot comment on the dormitory situation. My room was extremely quiet, and very comfortable. Solid concrete walls so could not hear anyone else. Handy personal safe in the room. Very nice crew on the front desk - ready to answer any travel questions about the area and make recommendations. Breakfast was good - continental as advertised but enough to start your day. Need a couple more toasters though; seemed someone always waiting! Great location - can walk easily to either main train station. Wifi was good enough for YouTube and FaceTime connections. I would recommend this place and plan to stay again on a future visit.

it was a great location and tony was a great host! he made sure we were comfortable and even kept our luggage for us after checkout and brought it to us at the train station! great experience and highly recommend!

Very spacious apartment with more than enough space for the 4 of us. Full size kitchen, dining table, and living room for us to hang out. Our host, Tony, was also very wonderful and helpful throughout our stay. He helped us check in and show us around, and gave us access to the laundry room. The property was a 10-15 min walk to the Main Street in Interlaken and was located in a cute, safe neighborhood with nice restaurants and bakeries nearby. We all had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean, people were nice, the staff were nicer and helped us a lot. The location was great with amazing views and a half-natural environment. The igloos were cozy and warm.

Beautiful view right next to the lake, very clean accommodation, and an extremely friendly owner. The room was perfect for a couple, and the location was great. If you plan to travel by bus, make sure to organize your trip in advance, as buses only run once or twice per hour.

The Edelweiss Lodge was a charming 120 year old building in lovely Wilderswil, a great location to get to everything. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, we booked the private room with a bath. After a long day the garden was peaceful and beautiful and the spa or bath was an absolute bonus. The tasty breakfast with an amazing view was brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!
