Best location. Next to the gornergrat bahn and a few minutes to the sunnegga bergbahn. Next, The 2 ladies who were cleaning the whole building are doing an awesome job. Spotless clean. Lastly, thanks to the manager for making my stay even better. Great hospitality. Will stay here again in the future

Excellent, varied and delicious

Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

Location was incredible near a great photo op of Matterhorn and very near the train station and stores, very nice host, bathroom was very clean and spacious, room very big and with a great balcony

I liked absolutely everything!

Good location in Zermatt very close to the main street and you dont have to climb any hill in the town to arrive. The room 12 had an incredible view of Matherhorn (Cervino) mountain. Very cozy and well equiped. You will find a fondue set to make your own swiss fondue at home (you can buy the fondue at Coop market) :)

The property is so welcoming, the housing, the host, the location, the food and the overall experience. The view of the mountains feels surreal.

Beds were comfortable, but to make a queen size we had to push two twin beds together and that left a hard wooden gap in the middle... very uncomfortable .

When we arrived we had no idea how to get in. Apparently, the host had sent us an email that morning with instructions on how to get in, but that was a little late. We use a computer not a phone and it was too late to access the email. The guests above us let us in to the first door, and my wife was able to get int to the lock box with some trial and error numbers. Once we got in the place was great.

Enjoyed its location and the view of Majestic Matterhorn from the room. It’s conveniently located near stores, river- for walk and train station.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The microwave made our stay much easier. The river in front was so beautiful—we couldn’t get enough of it. The walk along the river was also amazing and a great experience.

Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!

Location and view of Matterhorn were exceptional

It was the best accommodation amongst the 4 we stayed during this trip and one of the best we ever stayed of all time. We were lucky to get free upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious for two ppl. I saw two hidden built-in extra beds so I assumed it could accommodate up to 4 ppl. It was spotless clean and all the furniture are brand new, given that it was renovated in December 2025. The bed and sofas were firm but comfortable. There were a couple of closets with lots of hangers and many hooks here and there. The kitchen was fully equipped with a built-in dish washing machine. Though we would prefer a laundry machine and a dryer over the dish washing one. There's a supermarket near by. The check in/out location (hotel) was around 5 minutes walk from the La Perle. The staff at the check in hotel were lovely too.

This has been the most helpful experience I’ve had in Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, the staff were awesome very informative and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and well-balanced. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy; everything felt clean, and it was always warm inside. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

This place is way beyond beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. The location was calm and so close to the train station. Our suite had a balcony, it was very spacios and had complimentary coffee, tea, water and all toiletteries needed. With full access to swimming pool and spa. The buffet style breakfast was delicious

Great location , lovely staff very helpful and very kind good service mind, breakfast was on point we enjoy breakfast so much. Room is super clean lovely we fell in love and we would love to recommend others to come stay!!!

Well...this property is right in the middle of the town and next door to just about everything. It is beautiful and chic...old world charm. The food is great, the rooms are beautiful and it was easy to get to the gondolas for ski days. But what stood out the most were the STAFF!!! There was nothing they wouldn't do, and always went above and beyond. I would highlight especially our special friend Rachel who helped us with some personal things as well as travel. Amazing. Highly recommend this hotel :)

It’s in a great spot, remote, beautiful and tranquil. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is superb, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were the best, with a lot of amenities, the hotel even provides coats to stay on the terrace and enjoy the Matterhorn view, we were delighted and if we are back to Zermatt we are staying here.
