The location is super! Walking distance from everything, plus you get free bus ride in Locarno and Ascona and the bus station is very close to the hotel. The breakfast was great and the roomis very big.

Everything was really nice: the room, bed, shower. Very clean. Well planned room organization and amazing cost-quality ratio. There was no noise from the street or train station due to good sound isolation. Very friendly and helpful stuff and easy check-in out of reception working hours. We enjoyed our stay in Locarno a lot.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Got a upgrade and I traveled super spontaneously. Will come back to this very central and clean hotel for sure.

Staff were very helpful and confirmed the reservation with us on the day of check-in. The hotel is close to the train station, though one needs to walk uphill. The room was clean and spacious, and equipped with large wardrobe, slippers, and the view was great. On the day of check-out we were able to leave the luggage at the front desk to explore the city.

The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Pensione Olanda is a little paradise - quite simply exceptional! It has been very tastefully decorated and the huge terrace gives a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. We arrived in the evening and watched the sun slowly set. The bed was very comfortable and sharing a bathroom was no problem at all. The breakfast was fantastic - all fresh and totally delicious! Beautifully presented too and we ate outside admiring the view. The hosts were charming and responded very quickly to our messages. My husband has a milk allergy and they made a delicious banana bread without milk products for him! We loved every moment and were just sad we couldn't stay a second night and spend more time at Pensione Olanda. Thank you for making us feel so welcome ... we will be back :-)

breakfast was really really good, omg the pastries are amazing. i ate like a king every morning during my stay at Hotel Stella. location was great too, the bus stops are just outside the hotel.

Was very clean, comfortable and modern. Good amenities with laundry. Pool was so lovely to have on hot days!

The staff was above and beyond in how kind and accommodating they were. Eating breakfast by the pool was beautiful, delicious, relaxing and we felt so at home. After a long trip, it was lovely to have a team be welcoming- even in their send off while we checked out!

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. I also got a dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was quite good . The swimming pool is warm, ideal for relaxing and it is open until quite late in the evening. Everything is very quiet, so if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax , I would recommend this one.

Very family friendly. I think the facilities are specially good for elderly people but my wife and I with our 10 month baby were very happy with the location.

I loved the attention to detail and all the help with travelling from another country. I even got quick answers to questions before I arrived. ‘Great holiday destination, close to much dining.

Breakfast was fresh and adequate. The hotel was situated right in the village with quick access to everywhere. Would highly reccomend this place to anyone.

Excellent welcome, premium location, parking facilities a few minutes from the apartment with no charge, very friendly hosts and service as in a 5 stars.
