Quaint hotel within walking distances to the castle and many restaurants. Loved the air conditioning!! Free street parking was great - had 2 reserved spots just in front of the hotel. Nice buffet breakfast. Great service!

We really like Novotel hotels. If there is one in a city we are visiting, we usually try to stay there. This was exceptional. Really a beautiful property.

The room was a nice size with a nice big desk. The river was next store and there was pretty view from room #9 which was the room I rented. The breakfast was really tasty and sweet. The train is close by the hotel.

Room was so beautiful, spacious, and luxurious. Pool was very fun— an experience! And breakfast was thoughtful and delicious.

Incredible location virtually attached to the castle! 15th century gitte which was beyond fabulous! Out of a fairytale!

The place was just infront of minichateaux park, 5 min distance to Leclerc to buy things needed. secluded and peaceful place.

The location is ideal with available street parking. Erica was available to respond to our questions and met us at the property for check in. She provided us with recommendations for dining and sites to see. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

What a beautiful property. All staff were welcome and kind, they rushed through a bag of laundry for us to be ready same day and did not charge extra. Dinner at the hotel was also delicious, service excellent, would do again. If you are driving around the area it is so nice to come home to parking as well. The location is such that you do not need a car to thoroughly visit Amboise itself. It was a high end experience without feeling pretentious or rigid in any way. The room and bed were very comfortable, the mattress was firm and bed large enough my husbands feet did not hang off the bed - can be tough to find in Europe.

The facilities were beautiful and location was very close to town.

Located just on outskirts of Amboise (we easily reached it by bicycle from city center), Maison Chemin was a beautiful, well-appointed, and peaceful place for our family of five to stay. I wish I could have taken the beds and the linen bed clothes home with me. Cedric and Ombeline were the warmest, loveliest of hosts, and helpful in every way. Breakfast included house made preserves and yogurt (we had the choice of one infused with rose geranium), home baked treats, breads, local cheeses, and eggs and coffee to order. Nothing was lacking. A careful and very accessible selection of locally produced wines was available to guests to purchase at cost. The kids enjoyed using the pool table in the common/breakfast room and racing their bikes around the circular driveway. Not only would we recommend this chambres d’hôtes without hesitation, our experience was delightful enough that it could easily serve as our excuse to return again to the area.

This property was so nice and so clean! The bed was comfortable . Parking was perfect! The breakfast we purchased was so lovely!

The dinners were absolutely fantastic! A culinary delight each night. The breakfast was also generous and delicious! Loved the bed, and the bathroom was very modern. Thank you for the warm welcome!
