Absolute Gem in Stomio, Filiatra! We had an amazing stay at this wonderful, family-run business. From the moment we arrived, John and his family made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. They are truly kind hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. During our stay, they generously brought us fresh, delicious watermelon and cucumber straight from their garden, which was such a thoughtful (and tasty!) gesture. John even provided us with a beach umbrella, saving us a lot of trouble. The accommodations themselves were excellent: The Rooms: Spotlessly clean and equipped with a modern kitchenette that has absolutely everything you need. The Pool: Crystal clear and very well-maintained—perfect for relaxing. Parking: convenient private, covered parking that kept our car safe and cool. If you are looking for genuine Greek hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort in Stomio, this is the place to be. We highly recommend it and can't thank John and his family enough!

The property was clean, spacious and had everything anyone would need for a great time in Filiatra. Modern bathroom, separate air conditioning units in every room, coffee machine with coffee provided, everything was perfect. Not to mention we had car trouble during our stay and our host Grigoria was able to arrange for someone to come to fix it. Do not have any second thoughts, this is the place you want to stay.

The studio apartment was super clean and cozy. It was right off the piazza close to cafes, grocery stores and restaurants. If you are visiting family in filiatra or wanting to explore Messina and the coastline I’d definitely recommend this place.

The location and view are absolutely amazing. There's a wonderful breeze that keeps you cool and the sunets are incredible. It's a super relaxing place that is close to the beach. We really dreaded leaving that balcony. George and Dimitra (the owners) are really lovely people who are there for whatever you need.
