Apartment is very clean and modern

Location near primosten, walkway along coast with bars and restaurants dotted within a mile walk, sup and kayak rentals available, beautiful swimming spaces on pebble beach, market and bar onsite, beautiful view, roomy mobile home with spacious deck for hanging out and eating meals, overall loved our stay and wished we could stay longer. Wonderful for families with little kiddos!

Everything, clean, good location, stuff is friendly

Beach was gorgeous and lots of sunbeds but not overly crowded. Lovely breakfast fresh eggs every day and continental selection. Rooms fresh and clean, everything you need for the price of accommodation, fridge on the balcony nice and cold, shower had amazing pressure and temperature, plenty of clothes storage. Room cleaned every morning. Staff were lovely and great seamless check in, slightly early check in as arrived an hour or so early. Made breakfast for us early as we were leaving early for our flight on the last day. 15 minute walk to Primosten, beautiful walk by the sea. Could stock up on lunch from Primosten supermarket and put in fridge if you didn't want to leave apartments the next day. Honesty bar was great - beer on draught, nice wine, water and juice available. Also there is a shower by the pool so if you are at the private beach you can take a minute walk to shower off sea water if you need to.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with private parking available in the yard. The host was kind and very helpful, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk from the apartments.

Everything. We were in Primoshten three times and this was the best. Location you can just imagine. Few steps to everything there. Beaches, walkpaths, old village, markets. Apartment is quite big for family, it has two bedrooms, two terraces one is pretty private, one has view on sea and center. Overall excellent stay, thanks for hosts that they invested so much to bring this apartment to new level. There is an expression which says When you come once in Prmoshten you always get back again. I would extend it to you always come back and stay at Vila Mares.

This apartment was so very special. The host met us on our arrival. The proximity to the village was great. Parking was great. The space was super clean.

This experience has me planning future vacations with similar boutique hotels as the main lodging feature. The room, the view, the pool, the beachside, and the staff were all great. The absolute best part was the rocky cliffside lounging location on the water. It was so nice we spent the majority of our time there!

Our apartment at Tepli Bok Juric was very basic but OK. Small terrace with partial sea view. Kitchen equipment basic. Location Tepli Bok is nice, it has a nice promenade to the town of Primosten (15 min walk with beautiful views), there is a private beach with free lounge chairs for the Juric guests which is very nice.

Excellent Location, you can easily reach the closest beaches in 10 minutes on the walk path that connects Bilo to Primosten, great point between bigger city Sibenik (20 minutes drive) and the smaller villages both uphill and on the coast. There's a cute small swimming pool at the middle floor where you can get a glimpse of the sunset over the sea. Jana is a superb host, she was extremely kind and welcoming, we weren't home very much during our stay, but she looked after us like we knew each other for a long time!

The apartment was lovely and beautifully decorated. The pool was a huge plus.

Excellent Location near the beaches, shop’s bakery’s. Love the coffee machine also the choice to use the jacuzzi and sauna. The pool area although quite small beds were always available. The apartment was spotless and clean. The hosts were very amenable. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Primošten.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful & the location was perfect.
