United StatesRoom was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space to store luggage and clothing. Bed was very comfortable. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton. It is not that, but was quaint, comfortable and clean and in a historic building. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

Everything about the stay was well above expectations, from the flexibility of arrival time, to the absolutely immaculate condition of the rooms, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whitethorne Lodge. The room size for a family was ideal & although we took 2 rooms, a family of four could easily fit in a single room. The staff were really kind & accommodating, providing us with a friendly welcome through to a very lovely breakfast that the kids & adults enjoyed.

We had such an amazing stay here at the weekend. The staff are so friendly, the bell tents are huge inside and warm. There's a playground beside it and our kids enjoyed hours of fun here. It is in a great location and has amazing facilities available with everything you could need. Such a special place, we will most definitely be returning, thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Wonderful Irish hospitality! Michael and Geraldine are gracious and lovely hosts. They pointed us to family-friendly restaurants and excursions in the area, cleaned up after our family of 4, and fed us yummy breakfast. Our family room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Kids enjoyed making friends with the dogs. We felt very welcomed.

Amazing cosy place to stay over a night or two in the center of Cong. Lovely atmosphere, tasty food, attentive and friendly staff. Great for families with kids, their family rooms are spacious, well thought over and comfortable. Definitely we’ll come back as we fell in love with this lovely town, and we’ll stay in the same hotel. Truly recommend!
