The houseboat itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning Kashmiri craftsmanship visible in every corner. The rooms were spacious, clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was waking up to the serene views of Dal Lake. The service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The delicious home-cooked Kashmiri meals were another delightful touch, offering an authentic taste of local cuisine. Overall, our stay at Chicago Houseboats was a blend of luxury, tradition, and tranquility. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar—it’s an experience you won’t forget!

We are from Kerala and stayed 2 days in Moonshine homestay... It was really excellent experience... It's feel like our home... The aunty and uncle was very caring... It is very safe to stay here... Aunty helped us a lot while we got food poisoning having food from outside. So strongly recommending to have food from the homestay itself it is so hygiene and homely. All the tourist places very near to the place so location is also good. Since we are from Kerala we like to have south indian food and they arranged it for us. I strongly recommended this place who need a good location and safe place to stay.

Excellent spread, and the staff was very courteous. The hotel location is excellent and the drive from the hotel main gate to the porch is out of the world .

The offer price was just unbelievable.It was our first night stay at srinagar and the decision was right to stay at ruby houseboat. Thanks ruby house boat to make our kashmir tour so memorable.Highly recommended

Mascot Houseboat location is the best. It faces the Nigeen Lake and bordered the beautiful trees and mountains. It was very serene and not overcrowded. U see eagles flying above. It was a gorgeous sight, both evening and night. Great sunset. Amazing dinner and breakfast spread. Very gd food.

The hotel was nice and the owner of the hotel was very polite and helpful. He cleared all my doubts about the trip and we are comfortable and feel secure like home. Lots of thanks. We will visit here in the future.

The property is really good surrounded by mountains and just opposite to dal lake. The staff were amazing. They made our stay really good
