Very good ambience at night and a great beachside location. A lot of people come here to eat, drink, and enjoy themselves. We had a wonderful walk along the beach and had pleasant conversations with some friendly people there. We truly loved our time at Tropical Bay by Malpe. The place is very neat and clean, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere.

We loved the traditional charm of this old ancestral property. The architecture, heritage feel, and peaceful atmosphere made the stay truly special, like stepping back in time while still being comfortable.

Really liked the accomodation and it was very comfortable. It's a bit far and the nearest bus stop (udupi new bus stand is 250 by auto) The breakfast is really the star and i loved it. The beach is right in front of the property and you can play and then come back to the room and that's great. They have extra towels and water. The balcony was nice to hang out in and rooms were spacious overall 10/10

Amazing place to dock if you're in Malpe. And it's pet friendly too. My dog was really comfortable. Vignesh is a great host. Very careful about your needs and priorities. Location is good. The place has got a homely warmth to it. I'll be staying here again for sure!

We got an executive room which was quite spacious. It had a separate sitting area with a small toilet. The bedroom area was large with a big bathroom.

This place is located in Kodi bengare which is a small fishing village in Udupi ... The stay was beautiful felt like home and beach is right across the resort ... Nice place to enjoy the sunset and the beach ⛱️

The rooms are well maintained, neat and clean. There is 24 hr hot water facility, wifi, common kitchen facility with refrigerator and washing machine. There is lush greenery in the surroundings, with coconut and areca nut trees, flower garden, fruit and other trees around. The host Mr. Jason is a very good human being. Kind and helping. Their family lives here( there is a seperate house in the same property) are kind and concerned and available anytime. That makes this homestay even extra safe to stay.

Nice place to stay with your family. The flat has 2 rooms with AC and 2 western style bathrooms.

Wonderful atmosphere, views and location - it is quite a journey inside so don't be alarmed, the area is generally very safe and quite serene. Loved watching the sunsets and sunrise at the banks of the river. Staff's good behavior was a real bonus, made us feel really at home

We absolutely loved the location. The property is right next to the beach. The beach is relatively clean with fewer than 10 people at any given time. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets and our walks on the beach. We visited during the end of the New Year and the place was calm and peaceful, just the way we like it. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The house itself is very tastefully done. The breakfast on all days of our stay was brilliant. Special thanks to the lady who put in the effort to make them; she always had a bright smile.

Great place all for you and your family, separate area for playing and relaxing with coconut 🌴. Shares fencing with back water. Enjoy sunset from the house stay. Host was nice and helping.

the breakfast was excellent.. very good location with ocean on one side and backwater on the other. had some issue with the power cut but the host took care of it. the caretaker could be little more proactive.. rest was great.. had a lovely time!

Had a great stay at Udupi Home Stay for a day with my family of 5! Hospitality was top-notch, rooms were clean and hygienic, and the staff were super polite and well-mannered. Would definitely consider coming back!
