Gorgeous place nothing not to like!

Super location, very helpful staff, very large breakfast selection, plenty of hot water in bathroom- well lit.

Place was very clean and positioned perfectly in the city.

Everything in the house was new. Especially thanks for the tasty ice cream.

The room exceeded all the expectations! Very cozy, with a crazy view on the sea and calming sound of waves🌊 The beach is in few minutes by walking, bars and restaurants are also not so far away (one is right in the property), very convenient self check in and check out. If you want to have a romantic gateway to the sea - that’s the perfect place!

Nice guest house with shared facilities (kitchen, bathroom). Some rooms have private bathroom. Well located, close to the train station and the city center / port. Easy parking

It served the purpose, which was have a place to sleep and shower.

What a wonderful experience, everything was perfect, better than expected and from what you can see on the pictures. The facilities, the room, the service, the breakfast and the hospitality made it for a five stars stay. With every little detail, you can feel the love and care the hostess have for her guests. Its history, and the hospitality of my host.

La Casa del sole was an oasis from the bustle of Rome. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The location has a pool which is a welcome bonus if one wants to stay close, and admire the plants and fresh herbs in the yard. The beach is across the street and down the stairs. A few restaurants within walking distance, though a little far for summertime walking. However, the meals were made with love and felt like the Nonna made it. The hosts Matteo and Valerio were always available for questions. A special touch to a place I told my friends was my Villa while in Anzio. Grazie.

We really like the apartment. It has climate control system and equipped with all necessary stuff. There are inhouse parking slots for every apartment. There are 2 grocery stores near the house.

The place was perfect for our family of 5. It was VERY clean, and our host provided us with easy to follow instructions for our arrival. It was only a 5 minute walk from the door to the beach, so we were very pleased with the location as well. Many great restaurants were within a 10 minute drive, so dining out was no issue either.

It checked ALL the boxes! Location to beach, transportation, restaurants, sites, cleanliness, breakfast exceptional even for me with allergies. Staff was phenomenal! Friendly, clean and we’d love to go back. We were so happy, our cousins joined us for a one night stay from Rome. Great place! Definitely would recommend it to everyone!
