This is a great beach-side hotel. You can walk straight from the really nice sun-lounge area (which has plenty of sun-beds and a great view) onto the beach for a sea swim in beautiful clear waters. The decor is stylish and laid back. The swimming pool is a decent size, and the bar and dining areas are really nice. The rooms were a decent size with great views - this was even the case for the basic room which wasn't advertised as having a sea view, but did in fact have one. I'd probably try and get a room with a balcony next time, but the lack of balcony didn't matter as we were outside so much. It's a 20-30min walk into the historic centre and port of Trapani - we generally took our car (for evening meals, for sightseeing, for a day trip to Favignana) as it's easy and cheap to park in Trapani and parking at the hotel is easy. If you didn't have a car and didn't want to walk, I think you'd have to use a taxi in the late evening as the buses stop at around 8pm. Overall we were all really happy with this hotel - it was even nicer than we expected.

The staff is very attentive. The room and bathroom are big, the bed is very comfortable, very good breakfast, a lot of parking across the street, view from the room, complementary water and the possibility to have tea in the room. The staff information about what to visit, where to eat is highly appreciated.

Position & assistance with the hire car parking

I can highly recommend this little albergo with super friendly staff. It just opened, it’s super clean and furnished in good taste in a simple and efficient manner. No clutter. The bathroom is spacious with a rain shower, the beds comfy and my room was spacious with a small balcony to the street in Sicilian fashion. There is a wonderful roof terrace with views of mountain (Erice), city and a sliver of Mediterranean. Location in the historic town center is great, easy walking distance to port, bus stop, city beach, bars, shops and eateries. Please do not be deterred when you don’t find it on google street view - it’s simply too new (although it does show up on google maps). And booking gives the wrong house no, it’s NOT 15 but 21! Really enjoyed staying at La Gancia. The concierge, Andrea, was super helpful. We took all his recommendations to enjoy Trapani - the restaurants (La Perla), Cable car to the top of Erice, sunset and a beer on the hotel rooftop - and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this hotel.

Large, comfortable room with wonderful french doors onto tiny balcony. Lots of light. Large and convenient bathroom. Plenty of storage in the walk-in closet. Perfect location for our needs: central enough to reach everything in the old city, but on very quiet street. Management made a point of acquiring an electric kettle for us when we requested one.

Perfect, beautiful, central location in Trapani. Kind, friendly staff. We were upgraded and had a very spacious terrace room. Francesca phoned in advance to alert us of high traffic in Trapani- it was very kind and we really appreciated it. Typical Italian breakfast was perfect, with freshly squeezed orange juice. Would recommend and stay again.

Good location, clean and comfortable. The quadruple room consisted of a bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen area. At check in we were given great suggestions on where to have dinner and breakfast. The terrace on the roof of the building has a nice view of the cathedral dome.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and lunch/dinner in the restaurant was fabulous. We liked the location, on the west side of the old part of town, an easy walk from most places

Absolutely beautiful oasis. We booked for a quick stop to visit Trapani, Erice, and the Aegadian Islands - and it was perfect location to easily explore those places - but I could've spent a week relaxing in this paradise! The apartment was lovely, the pool was clean and well maintained, and the grounds were pristine. I think they were fully booked, but it almost felt like we were there alone, as there were lots of shady places to relax and enjoy. The restaurant was amazing - honestly one of the best meals of my life! The staff was friendly, and very helpful when i had some equipment break that needed special tools to fix. Would absolutely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Casale. The pools (x 2) were great to relax in and cool off on a hot day. We had a triple room which was a good size. There are terraces, chairs, and tables everywhere, including the rooftop which affords a view of Trapani in the distance and a great place to watch the Sicilian sunset. The best part for us was the quiet. Few cars and even fewer people. The breakfast was good too. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous 3 course dinner in the family run restaurant next door, where we met the chef and the owner who were also very friendly.

Beautiful location with a private beach and swimming pool. Well maintained and clean outdoors and indoors. Spacious, quiet and clean room with everything in working order. Easy parking. Friendly and efficient staff at reception, bar and restaurant. I only stayed one night and look forward to staying longer next time.

Super friendly, fabulous fruit trees, excellent amenities, lovely breakfast, great recommendations for dinner. We ended up just doing one day just staying at Borgo Pida relaxing.

Lovely place. Extremely clean and beautifully furnished B&B. Our host, Alvira, was amazing, very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Great internet. Hot shower. Very quiet. Safe. Nice pool although it was too cold for swimming. Plenty of parking. I highly recommend this B&B.

Nice location and friendly staff

Very close to the bus stop to Palermo, cause I have complicated itinerary and my next destination is Siracuse with changing the bus in Palermo . Facility is modern, Salvatore provided everything what I requested.

Giovanni was the perfect host and helped us arrange parking for our car. The sunset harbor view from our balcony was stunning!

Wonderful view from the terrace of our room. Nice room and good parking lot in the courtyard. Angelino from the reception was nice and warned us that a party will take place and it will be noisy up to 1 o’clock in the morning and he was right. But afterwards it was quiet and we rested well.

Hotel Elimo has a very good location, close to the bus stop and can easily walk to all the historical sites, restaurants and shops. the room is clean and quiet, the restaurant is excellent, the management is very friendly and helpful, gave excellent tips about hiking.
