Everything I had expected and more! Simple, basic comfortable, amazing staff and superb location. I even had a big private terrace to have my coffee and watch passers- by!

What a wonderful city Campeche is and Hotel Lopez is right in the centre but in a quiet street away from the main drag. Couldn't have been more perfect.

This hotel is great! It is right on the water, the breakfast is delicious and all the staff were really helpful. It was my husband's birthday while we were there and they went out of their way to celebrate him.

Excellent location in the city centre, close to the seaside as well. Spacious clean rooms decorated in colonial style. We even had a bathtub, which was very helpful with the kids. Good water pressure and temperature. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was really quiet, even though there was quite a lot of traffic in the street it faced, due to the good sound isolation in the windows/balcony. The view from the balcony was nice and there was private parking in the courtyard. We were even allowed to keep our car there after the checkout to enjoy a bit more of sightseeing.

This was one of our best stays in Mexico. The area is centrally located next to the market, the room is nice and clean and the room windows were very soundproof, which is the first I’ve seen in Mexico . The host George is also so nice and knows a lot about the city, he gave us many recommendations, told us about shows going on, and he has 2 bikes for rent (and scooters).

It was quiet, comfortable, clean. The host was welcoming and helpful. There’s a gorgeous kitchen, available to guests. There was a small pool, which was wonderful when I arrived hot and beat from traveling for hours on colectivos. The property is a 10-15 walk from the center, which was perfect for me!

It was very close to the malecon at the south west of town. Our room was large and just fine with an excellent bed, awesome shower head. There was a patio table out back to sit at and an above ground pool that was never used but the staff kept it clean. It had a communal kitchen and each room was assigned a shelf in the fridge which worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was always spotless.

It is the most beautiful property in the city. It is perfectly maintained, to the point I thought we were the first ever guests to stay there. The people are nice and every single detail is thought out. They went above and beyond to make sure out stay was pleasant, even buying a crib for my baby. I am in love with the hotel.

Decor was lovely. Pool and grounds were exceptional. Self guided cooking, refrigeration, coffee and good drinking water on site. Plus all the necessary amenities. We found that unique and added to the ambiance. We only chose to go out once in a 2 day stay. Sergio the owner is a very personable host. Along with Sergio we met some especially nice people there. People we will continue to be in touch with. Comfortable, clean and refreshing!

Right in the historic center of the city. With pool, hammocks and lounge chairs it's a great spot to get out of the heat why you tour the city. Definitely a great spot for a family of 6 (we were 3). It was probably the most comvient.locatiin I have ever stayed for the money.
