We arrived late in the evening and pleased to learn they have a resturant that stayed open until midnight.

Clean, nice and quiet.. has everything to have a peaceful night.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, the comfort, and most of all, the shower with hot water.

We've been excited to visit the hotel for some time, and it still exceeded our expectations. 40 rooms, but still feels intimate. They've done an incredible job providing top-notch accommodations while honoring the history and infrastructure of the textile factory.

They have great staff and service. It’s very clean and it exceeds the expectations. Safety is always a priority when traveling and they have great shuttle services at a very affordable price.

Everything, they saved me after the Casa inn Hotel canceled my reservation minutes ago before I arrived in Queretaro. They have such an amazing hotel with clean rooms and amazing breakfast, the area is nice and the mall has everything you need! Their hospitality was the best I could asked for after the bad experience with the other hotel!

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are big and the shower has multiple options. They have Spa service to your room. The restaurant is delicious and the location is down town but it is safe and quiet.
