There were only three other guests in the hotel, so the staff was exceptionally attentive during our 4 night stay. Juan kept our coffee cups full and made delicious breakfasts. It’s just across the street from the beach, but far enough away to give us the peace and quiet we were seeking. The buzzier beach communities of Mazunte and Zipolite are close by, but if you’re looking for a more mellow vibe, this is the place.

Everything was perfect. The room was perfectly outfitted and adorable. Bed & pillows comfortable. Decor was calming and lovely. Room smaller than most but who cares. The accordion doors opened up to the ocean, with a lovely personal patio. Also, someone is on site 24 hours for security, which meant only closing doors to sleep. No need for a larger room. It felt very cozy with doors closed, not stuffy. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower with pebbles under feet felt wonderful. Having room service on my front deck was divine. The little beach side cafe was precious. Food was hit or miss but who cares! The ambience and friendliness of staff was pure perfection! I will absolutely return. In fact, I probably won't want to stay anywhere else. Best mojitos of my entire month long journey. Only steps to the sea...

Everything was wonderful from check in to checkout , breakfast included was very good and excellent service, pizza restaurant at night was the best we had was delicious, rooms are very clean and comfortable 👍 Luis at the front desk was AMAZING, doing everything to make ours stay comfortable, speak very good English and help us with all questions we had as it was our first time there , we will be back next year for a longer stay because this place it’s a little hidden gem ❤️

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully designed.

Everything - the location, the staff, the facilities, the vibe, it was all great. Little thoughtful touches made it exceptional, from the shared kitchen with free drinking water, to the placement of light switches, outlets, spigots to wash sand off your feet, etc. The whole place is very thoughtfully designed with a chill, peaceful vibe, and good upkeep.

Everything about the place was stunning! The view, the staff, the linens were so soft (rare in this part of Mexico).

Great location with a big balcony to look out at the view! The apartment was well equipped (especially the kitchen) and there were beach towels and an umbrella we could use. The apartment had coffee for us to make each morning and there was a parking space for our car. Overall wonderful stay we extended an extra night it was so nice!

Really great patio to hang out, comfy hammocks. Great views. Spacious place. Close to nature, we saw turtles at the beach at night. Very responsive.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The villa was beautiful, and you can't beat a private infinity pool. The kitchen supplies were fully stocked, as well as drinkable water. The caretaker, Sebastian, was wonderful with maintaining the pool and answering any questions I had. The location of the villa is a perfect distance between Zipolite and Mazunte, with lots of smaller beaches in between. The beds were comfy, with A/C in all three bedrooms. The hammock on the top floor overlooking the ocean was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved Lisbet. She was very helpful, welcoming and attentive to our needs. The hotel is beautiful and a great place to unwind after checking out the sites in Mazunte. It is beautifully decorated. Me and my adult children enjoyed immensely our stay here. We would come again.

Friendliest staff ever, stunning views.

This hotel is obviously an ongoing labour of love, apparent by all the small details around the building. It has a wonderful cabana/terrace with beautiful sweeping views where you can relax in loungers or hammocks after a dip in the pool. Also the rooms all have balconies with views. Set up in the hills surrounded by nature.

The owner was extremely respectful and caring. The facilities were clean and the staff apart from him were super hardworking

Flawless. The place is gorgeous, completely exceeded expectations. Felt like a haven, so quiet with lush greenery and nice swimming pools, cats, nice bar and good food. The rooms were spotless, comfortable beds and quality hammock on the balcony. And great AC Stunning place to say, I loved the tree in the bathroom! We would be back in a heartbeat

One of the most incredible weeks of my life. The hotel is perfect for Mazunte: Luxurious and comfortable casitas; infinity pool overlooking the pacific. As soon as you leave the hotel’s gate you are on a rural cottage path down hill to the main town. The climb home gives exercise and the pool gives perfect relief after a long day at the beach. The meals were extraordinary. Simple local ingredients. The star was Fernando the hotelier. Every request was serviced immediately. Cool, kind, attentive, generous. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Would love for it to be kept a secret but also want them to thrive so I can go back as often as possible. Full stars across the board.
