I had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent for exploring the historic center on foot. The room was very clean and well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Nothing was amiss during my visit. I will definitely return soon!

Beautiful hotel in an old building - the location cannot be topped, only 5 minutes from the Zócalo of old town Puebla. The staff is friendly, there is always someone at the reception. In the morning you have free coffee, the rooms are spacious, there is Netflix and HBO. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely come back!

Friendly staff, good location close to a number of amazing restaurants and not far from the city centre. Also spacious bathroom and good vending machine with everything that you may need in the middle of the night.😊

The hotel is very charming and centrally located, within walking distance to restaurants and main attractions.

Rooms, beds, bathrooms were all very comfortable. We didn't need to ask for extra pillows because we had enough for both beds. Kids were very happy to explore the hotel and look around for the art pieces.

Yes..the personal were exceptional...Mr Miguel always cheerful and willing my dad who was on a wheel chair..you have the vest restaurant food in town.the rooms were always clean...and a very spotless. Location, the best, centrally located to Ave Juarez and centro ..I can't wait to come back.

Liked how comfortable and clean it was. Location was great. I'm a solo traveler so I like the tv on to keep me company. The tv in this room was hard to turn on. Batteries in the controller were good. The tv was very hard to actually turn on. The side switch power control only worked once out of every 50 tries. Great place. Don't be shy to let them know if you need the tv on.

Thoroughly enjoyed the old colonial building. Dining in the covered courtyard was excellent. Tasteful, well presented meals, friendly staff. Many of the dining patrons were local families, as well as foreigners. Especially enjoyed our balcony view of the pedestrian street below and the views of the nearby churches and El Popo from the roof garden. Located in the colonial part of town just a block from the Zocalo and Cathedral. Nearby El Parián artisan markets and the artists colony were fun to browse., as well as the small vendors set up in the street below for the Day of the Virgin de Guadalupe. Our gracious host Gerardo spoke English better than our Spanish and was a great help. I stayed there with my family in the '60's, and look forward to staying again in the hopefully not too distant future. Am sharing an old family photo, balcony view from 1948, same intersection as our balcony photo, now with trees.
