Location is further from the action and beach which is what I was looking for. Peaceful tranquil and I can easily walk within 5 minutes to the town and 9 minutes to beach. Main San Pancho can be noisy! Very comfortable beds with fluffy comforters. Wonderfully working ACs. Large room with nice day bed for hang out. Kitchenette with sink. Beautiful boho Tulum style chic.

The photos don’t show just how airy and roomy the apartment actually is. We were 5 adults and had plenty of space. The proximity to the beautiful pool and beach is just a short walk, then the 5 minute beach walk to town is easy. We did have a vehicle, but we seldom used it. The apartment is lovely with all needs anticipated in the kitchen and bathrooms. The views are amazing. Check-in easy. Our host Cristina was always available by phone or message to answer our questions. Wonderful week!

It’s amazing. The best view you will ever see of the Pacific Ocean. The sun sets were absolutely stunning. Super clean and the yard was well kept. The owner and staff were very nice people. The shower had awesome pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable. Tip…sleep with the doors open to hear the waves at night.

Mattias, the owner, was super friendly, responsive, and responsible. I found interactions w him over WhatsApp and in person to be always pleasant. I first booked 2 nights and extended 2 more, making up my whole stay at San Pancho. The accommodation is extremely central, so as a female solo traveller I felt safe walking everywhere at night and coming home. The place is simple and clean. It is down an alleyway (see photo). It is a new establishment so facilities in the rooms may be limited (one or two light source) however the price and location are great and suitable for an easy traveller. There’s also a common area and you can hang on the hammock. Bring some mosquitoe repellent or Mattias can lend you a spray for the room (I just closed my windows). I wish Akali all the best in the future, it is clear that Mattias and team will go the extra mile to make your stay lovely. Thank you for everything, your kindness was a gift to me.
