The attached restaurant has the best breakfast we ate there all three days which we normally like to try various restaurants. Location was great one block to the beach and many great restaurants. We used the pool and they have a beautiful second floor patio facing the ocean so a wonderful breeze. Would definitely stay there again

Cocolitos is wonderful! The beds are super comfortable, I slept very well. I liked the kitchen and the grill in the patio. The pool was my favorite to refresh and rest. Everything was very clean and neat. It was an amazing experience to stay at Cocolitos and walk a few steps to find a spectacular view of the ocean to enjoy and relax. The best staff ever! Super friendly staff, helping at all times, we appreciated their recommendations to find many things to do in Sisal. 😊

My first experience with a rental in Mérida was honestly very disappointing, so arrived in Sisal with a low expectation. However this place completely changed everything and exceeded all of them. From the very beginning everything was PERFECT. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, clean and has such a peaceful energy that makes you feel relaxed right away. The location is ideal, between the ocean and the lagoon, close to downtown and some of the best restaurants. It's the perfect place to disconnect but also enjoy everything Sisal has to offer. On top of that, the neighbors are wonderful, and in general the people in Sisal are incredibly kind, which makes the whole experience even more interesting and special. I would definitely come back again and again. Thank you, Alejandro and Ely, for making our stay so special!💜

Love that it was very private and the beach was right there. The house was very well equipped and amazing views.

Good location, a block away from the beach and a 2 min walk from the main street. The apartment was clean and spacious 👌🏼

It was a little sanctuary. Enjoyed sitting outside near the pool. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.- could have used some paper towels.

Amazing location. Although the road to get there is a true nightmare 😅, the reward of having a practically a private beach and the best sunsets, watching the pink flamingos fly by, and pelicans “fishing” all day long is totally worth it. The house is split into three semi-independant sections, a bit weird, but practical at the end. Stephany was so helpful and kind. We had an amazing week.

Very clean, steps to beach. 2 private rooms each queen bed private bathroom. An outdoor kitchen and private pool. Very safe area. Everything you need for a getaway. Quick walk to town. 5/5 * Perfect little place to stay!

Sra. Conchi was very attentive and we appreciated all the work she did to fill the pool back up after it had drained overnight. The apartment is right across the street from a path to the beach.

The location was incredible! A very short walk to the (always empty!) beach, a reasonable walk to town (or moto-taxis were easy to catch), and the house & pool were amazing. Drinking water was provided, which was a great touch. The host was very helpful with local recommendations too!

This house was lovely and had everything we could have needed. The back yard had a lovely plunge pool and comfortable hammock as well as a space to eat. The house was wonderfully located near the ocean as well as walking distance to the center of town and good restaurants. The host was amazingly accommodating and communicated really well. He gave us excellent recommendations and made sure that all of our needs were met. I hope we will be able to return.
