Family hotels and homes in Cordova

We stay for couple nights it's a Peaceful place to stay. Breakfast is good The room is clean and tidy. We can recommend to everyone to stay at this peaceful and clean pension house.

Sad that we could stay only one day

Awesome place. Welcoming staff. Very beautiful surrounding with satisfying facilities. Noisy on the weekend - a lot of kids in the area. But rooms are quite good in noise isolation. Breakfast is quite good.

Very Affordable place for big groups and clean. Cozy, safe place as its inside a gated subdivision. The place is near the 3rd Mactan Bridge and if you want to go to Cebu City , its just few minutes away thru 3rd bridge. SM Seaside is like 10-15 mins away. Beaches in lapulapu city are accessible and some tourist spot like 1000 roses, Solea and other beaches. Going to the South of Cebu is very ideal when you stay in this place. Dorothy the host is very responsive. I can say our trip was on our budget because of this place, all we need is there.. we can cook and the wet market where fresh seafoods are available is a plus plus.. me and my friends will surely go back and contact dorothy. Thank you

Loved our stay!, The rooms were fully air-conditioned with big comfy beds and plenty of pillows, and we had a spacious living room to relax in. Bathrooms had bidets and heaters, and the kitchen came with an electric kettle, induction cooker, and a hot/warm water dispenser with two mineral water bottles provided. Everything was just perfect, solid 10/10! We'd definitely love to rebook next year for another Cebu escapade. Cheers to sir Smith 🥂

Worst ever booking. I had a couple of days browsing and choosing the best room that fits us. But the best I am looking for turns the worst ever. The price is not worth it for the facilities. The owner explained to me that the room we booked was already occupied by other guests that's why she transferred us to another room. I was calm and tried to understand the situation but I was so disappointed in the room. If only I knew in advance that this happened I will no longer book for it. I hope the owner will give respect and utmost care to the guests. The bed sheets and pillow cases were uncleaned that's why we dropped a message if we could have a new one but I was ignored. We can't access the internet. The CR floor was clogged also. That's why I cannot recommend this anymore. I spend money for what I deserve not for their own convenience and advantage.

Even though the surrounding location is busy, i find peace and comfort staying here for 2 days. It feels like home because it is equipped with home essentials, kitchenware needs are also available, bath essentials are enough and the room and space in general is well ventilated. All of the stated equipment and amenities in the booking app are for use/available. The pool is clean and huge that helps you revitalize after a long day. Plus points for me is the availability of mini groceries inside the unit which provides ease and saves time in going outside to buy food. I also like the availability of first aid kit and board games too that will add adventure and fun during our stay. The unit is secured because if the hitech doorlock system. Security guards were friendly too. 0711 admin was also very accommodating and never forgets to provide information about the stay. Check-in to check-out info were well covered. Easy to communicate/reach out to as well. It's like booking in a good hotel!
