Family hotels and homes in Koh Samui

The breakfast was on the house and delicious. I would have scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and two pieces of toast. A couple of times I also had pancakes. Coffee, several types of juice and fruits on the side.

I had the one bedroom apartment like room and it was excellent. A dish towel in the kitchen would be useful.

Wow... such a cozy and functional home in a great location of Ko Samui. The home is in a lovely neighborhood that really makes one feel like they're living the local life. Close to the beach, and also close to the main commercial road to ensure you have access to what you need should you need to make a purchase. The owners and managers of the home live close and are super accommodating with reasonably priced laundry services, regular complimentary cleaning, and there's even a scooter to rent! The showers, furniture, work desk, internet, appliances, and exercise machine truly made it feel like a home. I will 100% be staying here again whenever I return to Ko Samui :) 10/10!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It is truly excellent — extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and very spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into keeping everything spotless and well organized. The location is super convenient, close to everything yet peaceful enough to fully enjoy and unwind. Communication with the staff was perfect from start to finish — they were responsive, helpful, and very professional. We are genuinely impressed with everything and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We highly recommend this villa and would gladly come back again!

It is like being in paradise. The villa has three bedrooms, each with it's private bathroom. There is a small swimming pool. Next to villa no. 26 there is a beautiful restaurant with a larger pool and a few meters below an amazing private beach. Kayaks are available for the guests. There is a daily.mainranance.

The villa is absolutely awesome! It has five bedrooms, a huge kitchen, a nice garden, and a private pool — perfect for a group or family trip. It’s not brand new, but everything is still in good condition. Communication with the host was smooth. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and there are several good restaurants within 5–10 minutes on foot. The Ban Tai area is really great — much more relaxed. I definitely recommend it if you want to avoid the overcrowded Chaweng area and enjoy a quieter stay.

It was such an easy and amazing experience! Great location in terms of feeling safe and isolated-in a very good sense. Close proximity to Overlap Stone. Great for hiking! We have received also amazing recommendations about what to do and see in the island from the host so that was amazing too!

Location was good but no lights in that Area its very dark that place. Road also not good not safety road. Please do that comfortably for your client. Thanks... Denise

Its not a brand new place but its clean and great view recommend for big family gatherings or friends
