The staff were fantastic and so very very helpful. I liked it so much there that when my plans changed unexpectedly and I returned to Antep I came back here to stay.

Me and my daughter had an amazing experience at the Carra Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We were given lots of information about Mardin and where to visit which was a great help. The owner Mete arranged a taxi tour for us which was an incredible experience. The taxi driver Mehmet took us around for the entire day and was extremely knowledgeable of the area and knew the best places to go. The hotel itself was beautiful with a gorgeous traditional interior design. I highly recommend getting tea and sitting at the terrace, which offers a gorgeous view. Thank you to Yildiz and Bekir for the lovely breakfast and for being very friendly. Overall, our experience was 10/10 and we hope to make another trip in the future!

Very clean and comfortable and worth the price

THe location is fabulous - right in the old quarter, with easy access from the nearest carpark (300m away). Easy to roll suitcases... reception was lovely and welcoming, and the room was perfect. Family of 4, we took to rooms, as we have older teenage children.

Helpful and friendly staff who helped me with parking my car; convenient location; reasonable price; and nice to have tea and snacks available at the reception :).

Location at the Kale end of the old city was perfect, close to great dining and historical items of interest. Parking attendant was great, the breakfast crew was so friendly, and we had a great sense of privacy and attentiveness at the same time. A/C, fresh cold bottled water as much as you could drink! Neat little courtyard.

The hotel is excellent for business trips. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of new dishes each day. I also want to highlight the quality of the on-site restaurant. Signature dishes like the stuffed bulgur balls and the Ramada steak burger are both outstanding and highly recommended. Special thanks to Mr. Mehmet Erzin for addressing an issue I encountered with great professionalism and care. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Ramada Hotel. In my opinion, it stands out as the best 5-star option.
