The view from the terrace was amazing! Also the hotel is very beautiful I recommend to stay in this hotel.

Rooms are spacious and city center of the old town. We really appreciate the host and team for the attention and the amazing breakfast

Family run hotel in a traditional house. The owner is very well educated and fluent in English. He gave us a lot of historical information and recommended places to visit.

Everything was nice. We enjoyed our 4 days here.

The team at Mezova hotel, especially Şeymus (thank you!), is incredibly kind and attentive! The breakfast is wonderful, very delicious, and plenty. The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of the old town, in a beautifully restored old stone building.

The welcoming by Hatice and her care for making our stay at Kasrı Hatun Konaği as comfortable as possible, was exceptional 👍 the rest of the staff was also very good. The breakfast was excellent and could be served at the terrace (weather permitting). Highly recommended

Nice rooms but some are dark with smaller windows. We asked for a room change & we got one with large windows & two beds. Good set bkfst on top of terrace. WiFi is good. Friendly & helpful staff. Walking distance to old town shops.

Cozy room with a nice breakfast over a nice view of Mardin. Room has everything you need and the staff is kind and helpful.

Location was great. They actually upgraded us to a room with a balcony which had a fantastic view. That made the place all the more better.

Very good location, right in the center of the old town. Castle style rooms with great interior.

Great stay, everything was excellent. The staff in particular Mr Ibrahim was very diligent, helpful and attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant.
