The location was good; a morning walk to the beach was always a welcome experience, especially with the beautiful East African sunrise. The staff were helpful, and a good breakfast was served every morning. We opted to have dinner at the hotel because there was always a special treat and dish every night, including lobsters freshly caught from the sea! We also had goat's head prepared, Zanzibar style. The head staff went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Good housekeeping, a clean pool to cool off in the heat of the day, and exceptional overall service. I highly recommend this place

Upon arrival, we were immediately stunned by how beautiful the house and the garden were. The rooms are splendid and so comfortable ! The beach is only a minute away, crystal clear and never crowded, probably the most underrated in Zanzibar. What we appreciated even more is how much effort was put into making ZamZam House an authentic and ethical location that is truly within the village and respectful of its landscape. We have felt at home during our stay and part of the local community, which made it so much more enjoyable. Special thanks to Rose, the host, for being so welcoming and helpful, and Tungo for his delicious breakfasts every morning. An amazing location held by amazing people !

Olamanga was exactly what I needed. A wonderful property with sand everywhere, a gorgeous lounge area with pool and lush tropical surroundings that made it incredibly easy to just switch off and unwind. There are plenty of spots to lounge around the property, and I genuinely spent a lot of my three nights here simply enjoying the space rather than venturing out. Ralu and Lee who run the property are genuine, friendly, and supportive with any request. The staff are equally helpful and attentive. The in-house restaurant and bar serves meals throughout the day with a great cook, so you never feel the need to go far for food. My terrace room was a decent size with a very generous seating area and its own kitchenette, well equipped, clean, and provided with all the essentials. A lovely touch I didn't anticipate was Ralu's aromatherapy diffuser in the room. I didn't think much of it at first but after spending enough time there, the difference in ambience was genuinely noticeable and added to the overall sense of calm. The beach is a one-minute walk away and absolutely gorgeous, noticeably less crowded than other beaches on the island. In-house massage services can also be arranged. And if you love cats, two resident ones are always lounging around the property. Give them a few pets from me.

The location is amazing! on the best beach on the island, so mellow, no crowded, very warm water, great low tide allowed for amazing tide pooling. The room itself was cool and had cieling fans, mosquito nets (although we didn't see any mosquitos), nice big space, comfortable bed. The lounge area in front of beach has chairs, beach bar/restaurant, pool, everything you need. The staff was very friendly and helped us coordinate activities, taxi, etc.

I liked everything and enjoyed every cultural experience at Pamoja Beach Stays!! I was treated like family and like the only guest staying at the 11-room Villa. The staff went above and beyond to create memorable moments for me during my stay. Breakfast was amazing, tasty and always punctually served. The breakfast presentation was also remarkable. The Chef and serving staff were outstanding, friendly, and passionate about preparing food and serving guests. The Dadas took special care in cleaning and decorating my room. Their attention to detail, designs, and thoughtfulness was surprising and breathtaking.

We adored our stay at Wow Beach House! Haji and his beautiful family were incredibly generous hosts!! Breakfast was amazing each morning on their gorgeous little patio. The prepared dinner was fabulous. And the room itself was huge, adorably decorated for our arrival, spotless, and incredibly comfortable as a retreat in hot/rainy weather. We loved it so much that we spent a bit too much time there when we should have been exploring haha! Thank you, Haji and family, for your hospitality and kindness! Every morning, we did indeed say “WOWWW!” 😃

very clean and fantastic location. everyone working this is super friendly. Farid helped us with a tour to the village, a visit to a school and a Swahili cooking class. He is very friendly - the whole experience was just WOW!

Its like a dream house right in front of the beach. The palm trees, the pool, the beach, the staff, the quiet and chill… perfect!

We spent several nights here and were struck by how serene everything was. The setting is lovely without being overly dramatic, and the evenings were particularly soothing. There was a private dinner by the beach one evening, which felt cozy and well-planned.

I love the cozy beachfront location

Amazing stay at Organic villa! Placed in Jambiani makes it even better. Next to the beach with lovely view from the balcony and greenery around the house. Tony and Abu are great hosts and will help you with Zanzi tips and everything you need. Breakfast was also amazing with fresh fruits and pancakes. Kitchen and planty of space downstairs! I’ve extended my stay as I couldn’t leave the villa. Asante sana! Defo will come back next year. Great stay and very good find!

The staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way for you. The rooms are nice and the property is beautiful. The location is a little less central than other spots in Jambiani so if you’re looking for a quieter spot this is a great option. It’s walking distance to all of the other spots you’d want to go in Jambiani. It’s a beachfront property with fewer people on the beach and not many people trying to sell anything. The food in the restaurant is great. There are monkeys on the property which is fun.
