It was very clean. Smelled good. Staff was fast and reliable. Parking on a sunday, right in front of the hotel. Great old building connected to an old arcade with some small businesses. Seems to be in the middle of everything in downtown Dayton. The room was very big and very updated for the times. Great old buildings around the area. Will book again.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. I needed to work in the morning, and the staff allowed us to check out one hour later. Then I could finish my work in the lobby, where the chairs were very comfortable; I enjoyed free tea and coffee, and the wifi worked perfectly in the lobby and in the room.
