FranceWhile visiting Penang, we wanted to escape into a resort setting, and Park Royal was perfect for us! We selected a one-bedroom suite which was spacious and handsome, with nice big balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea. Staff were uniformly wonderful. Breakfast buffet was immense and full of good variety. Dinner restaurants were very good as well, including a Ramadan-season gigantic dinner buffet. The pools are beautiful, and the grounds relaxing.

We stayed in two separate apartments: a three-bedroom and a two-bedroom. The location was ideal for our needs, as we were attending a function nearby. Traveling with kids and elderly family members, the spaciousness and amenities of the property made it the best choice for us. The view from level 42 was breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of Penang Island. The kids loved the pool, and we all had a fantastic time. We had previously booked a different block and unit at the same apartment, and both experiences were smooth and enjoyable.

The hotel is child friendly. My 5-y/o had a good time at the pool, and even at the Kids club. It's a new refurbished building so everything seems to be in good condition.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing view. The checkin staff Loges was so accomodating, the security guards at the hotel were so so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. For a family of 5, 2 adults, two teenagers anbd a toddler, the room that we got was just perfect and met all our expectations. Will most definitely be back when i do the Penang Bridge International Marathon this year end

The house was super clean, the bed very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and attentive. Can see that the owner paid extra attention in decorating the whole house. He even provided food utensils which are muslim friendly and also baby shampoo if you have kids. Definitely recommend this homestay if you are coming with family.

This place is a dream was our 2nd stop on travels 2 tired children… check in very easy … very child friendly…. beautiful rooms and comfy beds …. breakfast delightful, service was excellent the staff couldn’t do enough for us … pool beautiful and service around the pool excellent. So much wildlife to see. The pool is amazing will highly recommend to friends and family when I get home.

We were so pleasantly surprised. Such a great place to stay with kids (we stayed with our 3 children (9,8 and 6). They all got their own beds and it was very comfortable (like a micro home) and the kitchen facilities were clean and great. There’s a food shop a 5 minute walk away to stock up on supplies. Fuan was such an amazing host and really looks after guests- anything from advice on places to go to how to travel on from Penang. Would highly recommend staying here as an affordable option for a family.

We booked 5 rooms for our annual family get together vacay! It was our second time here (the first for the rest of the family members), needless to say, the breakfast spread was vast and superb! Value for money! Room was pleasant and clean, location right at the heart of main Penang attractions! Definitely a go to hotel next time we visit! Kids had fun at the salt water pool, though the deck was going through maintenance, safety of visitors were well taken care off!
