Beautiful location with amazing views. Pool was stunning and most of the time we had it to ourselves. We thought it was great value for what we paid. We would pick again the family house, as it has a nice private terrace on the back overlooking the neighboring gardens.

Great hotel perfectly located for the old town. Beautiful family room on two levels and parking outside. The staff put wine and treats in our room for our daughter’s birthday which was a lovely surprise. Thanks for a great stay.

Sensational place for a quiet family holiday. Well maintained garden with swimming pool. Cottage very functional and well equipped with all the necessary appliances - toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, blender. Clean and fragrant bathroom and pool towels. Great base for exploring Porto and the nearby beaches. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. And then there are the wonderful and extremely helpful caretakers of the property😘😘.

Family business at its essence. The care for the property is visible in every single detail. Divine and freshly homemade breakfast. Clean. The owners are super kind and live in the neighbour building, which makes them easily reachable. Great location with several river beaches in the nearby. Good restaurants around. Great to visit with children.

What a wonderful house on a prime location in the center of town which even has a private parking space in just 2 mins walking. We could park in front of the house to get our luggage out, and then go to the parking, perfect. It's very cosy inside and everything you need is there. There's even a small outside space where we've enjoyed the evening warmth. We very much recommend this house, for families, with or without young children, for couples. We think everyone would enjoy this.

Quinta dos Olivais was a dream. Absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation, and on top of that it sits in the heart of Minho, making it an ideal location to explore the beautiful nature around, as well as the villages and cities. The eco friendly approach was great, and the electric car charging port was a nice surprise.

A lovely house which is well appointed. Spacious rooms and good, well-equipped common areas. The children loved the trampoline and swimming pool. Within walking distance of the old town and a short drive to beaches. Only a ten-minute walk to the funicular railway up Monte de Santa Luzia for wonderful views over the town and ocean

Very welcoming and super friendly hosts. We stayed with two young kids and they did everything to make us feel at home. The pool is great and there are lots of pool mattresses etc. to keep the children busy. Also the rooms are well equipped with comfy beds. Close by is one restaurant (Sergio’s) and it was very nice. The mini market and train station are also close.

A lovely and tastefully decorated house in a perfect location. Just a 5 min walk and you are on the sandy beach which is very private. The kids enjoyed the pool, the grownups had fun playing cards and sunbathing on the rooftoop 😊 Despite being very small the kitchen is fully equipped and all the ceramic handmade plates/bowls were gorgeous. The fresh drinkable water straight from the fridge was also a great bonus. Thank you Magda for great attention to detail and all the info/advice you shared!
