The setting by the dam is Idyllic with a constant stream of birds and animals. The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor shower and large (indoor) bath are a real treat. The breakfast box and welcome box were more than adequate.

This stay was unplanned and booked last minute. And we didn´t regret it! Tasty food, great wine and a lodge with a view over the game farm. The 2 game tours (evening and morning) ,included into the room rate, are fascinating. We saw all big 5, except leopard, but therefore Cheetahs on the hunt.

Perfect location. The room had a great view. We enjoyed the onsite restaurants, the kids play areas, and the hikes down to the beach (fisherman's walk).

The fact that I could check in 2 hours before the time, I just arrived in George at 1pm and check in was only 3pm when I received my message to say my room is ready, I was so happy and went strate to my accommodation
