The location is conveniently set to have access to restaurants and stores and a short drive or walk to the main beach. The staff were amazing and because we had an early checkout, they prepared a breakfast pack filled with nutrition and goodness. Loved the attention to detail and care.

Outstanding hotel, a large room, beautiful linen on the bed, huge shower and nice balcony with amazing sea views . The reception staff were very welcoming and so helpful. The restaurant was very good , and the prices are very reasonable. Do try their own in house brewed gin, it is very tasty.

Lucrisha was amazing when we enter at reception. We had no bookings and she showed the glamping tents as well as the other rooms and once booked on bookings she upgraded us. So friendly and loved the entire vibe.

Location. Quiet, garden setting. By the river. Several activities available nearby: hiking, kayaking, paragliding, fishing, massages, yoga. Super friendly and professional staff.

The resort location is amazing. We did not do breakfast but had supper on the Ala carte menu, the food was good value for money.

Perfect location. The room had a great view. We enjoyed the onsite restaurants, the kids play areas, and the hikes down to the beach (fisherman's walk).

The hotel and the rooms were super fresh and spotlessly clean. Very good value for money. Staff was super helpful within their zone. Inhouse casino and kids play zone is cheery on the cake for guests staying in the hotel.

The room was beautiful, had a great view of the lagoon. Very spacious king room with a bathtub facing the lagoon. Very comfortable two nights stay and everyone was so friendly and kind. A nice place to base at to explore the area and it is walking distance to a few restaurants.

What an incredible decoration. The property is so pretty with all the turbines from the days the hotel was a power station, mixed with modern paintings and what not. Really adds to the atmosphere. It's connected to a gastropub which was very convenient in the evening because we were tired and didn't even have to leave the property to have a nice burger and beers(plus live music). The breakfast is amazing, I got myself a delicious eggs benedict with smoked salmon. There was loadshedding but the hotel honors its past and has a generator so we were not left in the dark. Finally, loved the vibe in Thesen Island, the canals, the calm streets, etc.

Beautiful property with spacious rooms and their famous peacocks. Good breakfast options and very friendly staff. We had an early morning flight so they packed breakfast for us. Overall amazing stay
