I like everything about the property. The location, the view, the atmosphere, the room, the breakfast, the dinner, the wine, the people, the dog and cats... The guy Lucio really made us feel at home. I really enjoyed time here!

A truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Louise made us feel at home. The property itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully kept. Every detail has been thought through: the rooms, the common spaces, the little touches that show how much care goes into running this place. And Alberto's food is outstanding! Fresh, local, and homemade in the best possible way. If you're looking for an experience that feels authentic rather than just a place to sleep, this is it.

Friendly staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurant run by family. VERY Helpful when our rental car broke down. Let us stay an extra night and gave us a ride to the nearest train station when the rental car company abandoned us.

Amazing location with wonderful staff

Everything was perfect from the room to the breakfast and the breathtaking views from the property. We loved every second during our stay! You should really try the wine tasting from them, the wine is so good and we loved it.

It was clean, and check in was easy. The room had a kitchen with everything you need to cook and have meals in the room.

Piergiorgio and Silvana are excellent hosts and work so hard to maintain a lovely place. The views are indescribable. Instructions and recommendations are easy to follow and helpful. We hope to return.

We really loved the location and the breath taking views all around us. The room was extremely clean, beautiful, better than the pictures on line. We loved the outstanding breakfasts each morning. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The setting was beautiful. The pool was clean and nice. The mattress and pillow were very comfortable.

A smaller cozy property with nice separation between the units. The pool area was very nice. The views are just stunning.

My wife and I loved staying while we were visiting our daughter who is living near by. The room, the view, the pool were all incredible. Had a glass of wine with the owners and used Google translate to learn a bit more about the property. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

This property is very beautiful. It’s located in the middle of peaceful Tuscany. Such a beautiful scenery, surrounded by beauty nature. Super helpful staffs , all of them are really nice to us. The spa is the great activity that you can’t miss at all. The dinner is delicious and wonderful, pairing with their wine, perfect !

The property was clean with lots of room and our hosts were wonderful. Treated us like family. The location was perfect for driving to Siena, Montalcino, Cortona, Montepulciano, Peinza and Arezzo.
