Beautiful villa and amazing pool area. Very nice family who runs it. Rooms have everything you need, but are styled in the old villa style. Breakfast is nice. If you have a car this place is amazing for exploring Modica and Ragusa.

Wow, Giancarlo and his dear wife have a beautiful historic family home that is FANTASTIC. It’s surrounded by olive and carob trees just outside the beautiful town of Modica. I loved the historic, but comfortable furnishings. An early morning run down their quiet country roads finished off with Giancarlo’s beautifully prepared breakfast was a great way to start our day. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back to experience a meal in this beautiful historic home. The ~1 meter thick stone walls were reminiscent of ancient building techniques that were made to last for 100s of years. Giancarlo was very hospitable and gave us some good suggestions of what to do, see and eat in the area. You must try this place!
