Friendly hospitality, wonderful location in the heart of Valpolicella and Amarone, we felt at home . There is an elevator. The mom prepares delicious food with ingredients produced by them , the father produces superb wines that can be bought at the locations and all the daughters are very kind and help them taking care of the needs of the guests . Perfect location for exploring many wineries in the Negrar area of the Valpolicella region. Our host welcomed us with a glass of her own Amarone which we enjoyed and purchased a bottle to enjoy on our balconies over looking the scenic hills of the region. Breakfast was wonderful with both traditional Italian options and scrambled eggs with bacon. This is staying in a winery with its rustic charm, and once the shutters are closed the room is dark & quiet with comfortable beds...we had wonderful sleep both nights we stayed. The pool looked lovely although it was not quite warm enough outside in early May for us to swim. An easy drive to many other top Amarone makers and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay and Amarone.
