Excellent food and wine. Very cozy atmosphere and apartments. The location is excellent, we could bike and hike to reach fantastic beaches nearby. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! The atmosphere was wonderfully homey, thanks to the warm and friendly family running the business. We felt truly welcomed, and the positive energy was palpable. The breakfast was sweet, but home made and delicious. The dinners were not only delicious but also authentically prepared, adding a special touch to our holiday. The food was one of the best we had in Italy. The free parking next to the bungalow was convenient, and the rooms were cleaned daily with towels replaced frequently. Enjoying the serene surroundings of olive trees and the peaceful nights provided a lovely end to each day. The location is excellent, close to both the beaches and the city center. Overall, it was a unique experience, and we would gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Otranto.

Everything about this place is wonderful. Location, it's just 8 min by car to Otranto, and 4 min to the nearest beach. Plenty of parking at the property. Excellent breakfast served everyday by the Vitorio at your room with eggs made to order, cold cuts, fresh croissant and pasticciotti, and of corse the delicious italian coffee. The surroundings are great for relaxing and beautiful views. Vitorio and his family are the best hosts.

The Pool!! Incredible large pool which we had to ourselves everyday. The bedroom units were very comfortable.

Lovely family run hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and grounds, close to the amenities of delightful Otranto and the Alimini beach clubs. A car is a must. With two young children we were unable to eat late in the restaurant but reception organized room service. The food was excellent.

Beautiful, peaceful setting away from the hubbub of the cities yet easy enough to get around. Easy parking. Clean and brand new. Excellent breakfast in a quaint setting. Excellent hosts.

We had a wonderful time here. The rooms are clean and modern, the staff is very friendly and attentive, beautiful pool and grounds, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy. Fixed menu dinner was exceptional and we ate there all 3 nights of our visit. Delicious local cuisine!

Really calm and relaxing environment. Amazing home cooked food from breakfast to snacks with apéritivo, and local dinners. Staff provide great recommendations for places to visit. A quick drive from coast and lots of beaches.

The property was clean and close to the beach. Breakfasts were some of the best we have ever had and the staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were good and clean. Also we had free shuttle service to the beach which was great.
