Pool is very very nice. Breakfast simple but homemade and delicious. Team very friendly with great English. It's very close to Pisa, maybe ten minutes from the old city walls, but feels like you're out in the country. We loved it and wished we could stay longer.

This place is fantastic, and I highly recommend visiting during the pre-season. The property is beautiful, a charming villa with a lovely garden and a wonderful pool area. Our apartment was even more spacious than we expected, and the fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus that we made good use of throughout our stay.

The apartment we stayed in was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The garden and the surrounding views alone are worth the trip, it's a true oasis of peace and relaxation. The real highlight was the exceptional service from Melissa and Rachele. They were always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism made a great experience even more memorable.

Great location for a quick stopover off the Autostrada. We stopped here for a night after getting off the ferry in Livorno from Corsica. It is an active farm and was a great location for a dog, a lot of space for the dog to roam. AC was great and room was cozy. Very good value for the price. Pool looked great but did not have time for a dip. Staff was extremely friendly and allowed us to check-in late due to our ferry's delay. Free parking! There was a great authentic restaurant within a 5 min drive Restaurant David in Vicarello that I highly recommend!
