Very cleaned, big room, free and safe parking area, good internet speed, the staff provides a good support and the right breakfast. This place delivers the right cost and benefit. This place allowed us to have interaction with local people and had a breakfast in the same room/table that they use to have. Which is good because allowed us to have a local and real experience.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 3. The breakfast each morning was plenty and traditional Italian. Very good. The location to Todi was close and could see the gorgeous town from the pool. Parking our rental car was easy, lots of parking available. We had fun practicing our Italian the week we stayed. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

It offered a lot of value for the price, from the large private bathroom with a view on Todi to the extra bed for my 12 year old son. It also came with a private parking spot.

We loved our stay so much that we extended it four more nights. Ugo and Agatha are so kind and available to answer questions. We had an apartment so we did not do the bed & breakfast but Agatha brought us some lovely cake one morning. yum. If you like peace and quiet - this place is for you. On the raining spring days we sat under the pergola and enjoyed a game of scrabble - listening to the birds and wind. You are walking distance to an amazing restaurant. The views from the property are beautiful and only a 15 minute from Todi.

Olivia was very nice and responsive to our questions and needs The fathom is lovely and location is perfect when you want to explore Umbria View around and from the apartment is just as of a dream. Definitely recommend for group of 4 We will return when next time in Umbria

A newly renovated farmhouse with parking and pool. Great expense was made to modernize the house but keep its charm. The house sits towards the bottom of a valley surrounded by farms.

The pool, the view and the staff! Also, we got aperitivo that was so much food it replaced our dinner. And, they kindly made our children pasta! It was very helpful.

Facilities, view and wonderful restaurant. Dinners were exceptional and Sylvia is a warm and engaging hostess. Felt welcome and comfortable.
