Everything. Our check in and welcome lovely, with a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy (Christian). The views and hotel are stunning. Food was exquisite and breathtaking at times. Paolo and his team including Michele and Eleanora were superb. Very attentive but gave you space to enjoy and relax, whilst keeping drinks flowing. Staff very helpful with accommodating different experiences - wine tasting, vineyard tour and trips to the local town, Cortona. Small number of guests really makes it feel more exclusive and relaxing too.

Great location with a unique view of Cortona. The resort is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The Michelin star restaurant was absolutely excellent on the first two visits. The third dinner did not reach the quality of the previous ones, but we had the opportunity to discuss everything with the chef :).

The hotel, surroundings and the location 10/10!
The staff is very firendly, kind and always smiling so the atmosphere is very nice!
They were very helpful with my gluten free diet (I am coeliac) and they gave us a great recommendations for Cortona attractions 😀
The balcony with the pool is divine with a spectacular view of the village.
Breakfast at the balcony is a five star experience 😀

5 stars isn't enough for this hotel. It is simply exceptional. I spent my 30th birthday here and they made sure it was even more special than just being in the incredible accommodation. The attention to detail was second to none, every single staff member gave the best service and the property is to die for. This is by far the best accommodation I've ever stayed in for every single reason. I would come back in a heartbeat.
