Amazing hotel, would definitely recommend. The location is very safe (across from the U.S. Embassy) and within walking distance of tourist sites, cafes and restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel staff were excellent, providing wonderful food recommendations, calling cabs and making restaurant reservations for us upon request. Room service was quick and timely – our room was cleaned every day, and the gym, pool and spa were adequate. I will definitely come back here the next time I visit Rome!

Friendly staff, especially Meryem, location is great, room is convenient for 3 people. Excellenet breakfast in the room.

Everything was more than perfect, Mr. Ahmed abdelgawad from the guest relations and Francesca from guest management made our stay impeccable. Mr Ahmed went above and beyond to make us comfortable all throughout and Francesca gave us necessary tips for getting around in the city. The staff are all so kind and always in service. The hotel’s location is incredible and the breakfast’s quality was top notch! We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us incredible arrangements for a very romantic room, the view was amazing and the bedding was very comfortable. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had! So excited for our next stay!

Everything was perfect. Clean, a mix between modern and heritage.

I hardly leave reviews but Roma Luxus deserves it. I normally never rate '10' but Roma Luxus deserves it. Perfect location, a lovely, spacious and clean room, lovely overall entourage of the venue, but above all: every staff member superfriendly making me feel welcome and 'at home'. This was my eighth visit to Rome, and the best so far, thanks to Roma Luxus.

The gentleman on concierge that stood outside, sorry I didn’t catch his name, he was brilliant and ensured I always had a water when I returned from my run in the mornings! He was quite tall. The breakfast staff were attentive. The room was nice and the housekeeping always did a good job. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Everything from the facilities, decoration, style, signature scent to the staff was charming, welcoming, and helpful. The food was also exquisite. It felt like home abroad and I can't wait to go back!
