This hotel was a last-minute booking for us, and it really exceeded expectations in every way. Great location. The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived and helped us with all of our questions, including some recommendations for dinner in Rome that evening. They also upgraded our room, which was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome.

The hotel’s attention to every detail was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, always with genuine care and professionalism. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a particularly busy time (the Pope's funeral), the atmosphere remained calm and relaxed.
