I don’t want to hear one bad review about this place. I have not one bad thing to say. The staff goes above and beyond, they are kind, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are so clean, the property is being constantly maintained. The beach is not the best, not very swimmable (there’s manmade sand bars in them for protection I presume), but that isn’t their fault it’s the location. Around the bend the waters are just different. Do your research if you want clear turquoise, it’s a different area. But the sand is well maintained and laying on the beach is still beautiful. They are serious about the adult pools, they will kick out anyone who isn’t of age. Which I actually appreciate even though I went with my teens. Is the food top tier? Not really but if you stick to Mexican it’s delicious. They are trying to satisfy tastes from all over the world. So be respectful and open minded and find something you like. Make your reservations for dinner as soon as you arrive or you will be eating buffet every night (which I didn’t mind). Overall I’m super happy with the time we spent there. Wendy was ace in helping us set up excursions. And Freddy didn’t even hesitate when we booked the wrong building away from our friends, to get us to the right spot. Great people. Great time.

Everything is fine in the hotel and the room and the service and the staff. At first, I was surprised by the concept that you can't drive to the hotel by your own car, but only by golf cart. But then you realise that the instant transfer service and clean air are great. All movements around the hotel by golf cart. Nice room. Great pools and a water park. It's convenient that all additional expenses are charged to the room and you don't have to carry anything with you. The concierge service works perfectly. Especially the first shift in our hotel. Thank you. I recommend it.
